In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, you must notify your decision by email, to the address corresponding to the language of your course:

• Kabyle (Taqbaylit): taqbaylit@cbf.fr / children’s courses: arracnegh@cbf.fr
• Shilha (Tacelḥit): tachelhit@cbf.fr (adults and children)
• Riffian (Tarifit): tarifit@cbf.fr (adults and children)
• Tamazight (Tamaziɣt): tamazight@cbf.fr (adults and children)

Courses already started before the end of the withdrawal period
By ticking the corresponding box when you register, you ask to start your course immediately, without waiting for the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. If you nevertheless exercise your right of withdrawal after starting the courses, you will have to pay us for the sessions already attended up to the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal, in proportion to the total price of the course (article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code).

Refund
In the event of withdrawal within the deadline, we will refund the sums paid — less, where applicable, the amount due for the courses already attended under the terms above — within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your request, using the same means of payment as the one used for the order.
